I have worked with this firm for my recent divorce that involved a FRO and child custody. It was very contentious and the issues continues years after and I was involved with additional litigation mainly because I was divorced from a violent covert narcissist. Joe Cadacina and his team were a family to me and my children. Their knowledge and expertise is beyond what I can put in words. The legal advice I was given was given from the perspective of what was best for me and my kids and not in any motivated by this firm attempting to make more money and continue senseless litigation at my expense. Joe Cadacina gets to the core of the issues and quickly removes the noise. Please keep in mind that divorce court is the wild west and many ludicrous things are filed in motions and unfortunately you and your attorney will be responding to them and this costs money. Joe's and Carly's knowledge and understanding was exactly what I needed to counter my ex's overblown antics.

I have dealt with Joe, both in his capacity as the other party's lawyer in a divorce case and as a mediator in a divorce case where I have represented one of the parties. I have found him to be excellent in all facets of his practice. When needed, he has been a zealous advocate on behalf of his client, but he understands (as I do) that the best resolution of any case is a consensual one which does not require the intervention of the court system. He has my respect and highest recommendation.
